Gentle Remedies:
- Lie down and put your feet up the wall. With your hips about 6 inches from the wall and feet straight up, you are actively relaxing your sacrum, the triangular (sacred) bone at the base of your spine. This bone contracts when your mind is active with stressful thoughts and relaxes at will when you put your body into this position. Put soothing music on and breathe. The is a great exercise to do the very first thing when you arrive home from work to download the tension of your day. Try it, this daily practice becomes a good addiction.
- Water is a grounding element that de-charges our energy field. Draw a warm bath with a scented oil that you love to smell. The dense mental-emotional field from the world you interact with each day will dissipate. In just 15 minutes you will notice feeling more grounded and present to you. Water mirrors your life force and brings you back to your source where you touch into your gentle nature. De-charging is necessary for anyone who works in the healing profession.
- Earthing is a powerful form of connecting with your own vibrant health.
