As a transformational life coach and spiritual guide, I coach individuals who are experiencing life transitions, relationship difficulty, or other challenging stressors. I assist them in getting clear in what they want. Then we unwind beliefs that create confused thinking, emotional distress and spiritual disconnection. I inspire people to access the courage it takes to Raise The State of their mind, heart and life.
My work with couples focuses on the foundational energies of respect and trust. At times most relationships can use a tune-up to open pathways of communication and intimacy that may shut down in the process of doing life. I offers tools and techniques to help couples take a next step to move into deeper and higher states of relating.
I've personally navigated the terrain we all cross to live a life of real contentment, balance and creativity. I've moved through my own challenges in marriage, divorce, cancer, raising kids and maintaining a business. I've challenged my faulty beliefs and patterns that disconnected me from myself. I'm happy I've exercised the courage to step out of these ways of needless suffering and into a way of living where Love is my focus and guiding light. Life continues to unfold me and I stay consistent as a student of the spirit of life. From here, I can guide my clients more clearly in the direction they want to go.
My life’s work coalesces from a diverse background in the healing arts. From my B.S. in Nursing and M.A. in Counseling Psychology to alternative pathways of Toltec wisdom, Dream work and yogic philosophy, I weave a holistic approach to my work and life.
My clients are held in a safe and supportive environment where self-acceptance, self-respect and self-trust are strengthened. Organically, these qualities connect to love in all its aspects; self-love, divine love, love in relationships and love for life.

Victoria began an on-going apprenticeship with Toltec master Miguel Ruiz, author of the 4 Agreements, in 1988. Through her years of study, the light of his generous presence, his mastery and unconditional love opened her to the power of Love.
She integrates the Toltec teachings with her personal discipline of yoga, dreaming and meditation. She currently sits with awakened yogi Mark Griffin, Meditation Master and founder of the Hard Light Center of Awakening.

About Doug AllenDoug Allen works with Victoria on power journeys and dreaming intensives. His 35 years of personal meditation practice has taken him inside the intricate pathways of energy. As a healer, he offers a Dream Yoga experience where he navigates higher planes of consciousness and connects these pathways to the groups he works with. Doug is a bio-medical engineer. His laser-like clarity manifests as an ability to cut through to simple truths.
As a couple, Victoria and Doug merge their individual gifts with a mutual love of truth to create a transformational space. Yearly, they offer journeys to the pyramids of Mexico.
